I hired Glen to repair the pointing on my building and I was very impressed by his service. He was helpful and professional throughout the process. He came to my property at the agreed time to give me an estimate, which was reasonable and fair. He then completed the work on the agreed date within the agreed time scale. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Glen does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, sadly many other contractors don't respond to messages/calls or turn up at the agreed appointment. Glen recently re-pointed the back half of our house. He was very knowledgable and advised us on the best way to proceed and used lime based mortar as that's what would have been used originally on our victorian terrace, and did a great job blending the new pointing with the old.
